Sichuan Weizhen Hi- tech Materials Co., Ltd. was established in January 2010 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Fenghua Zhuoli Technology Co., Ltd., a new third board enterprise specialized in the production of cutting-edge 3D printing equipment. As the earliest supplier in China to use centrifugal casting to produce separation mechanical components, Weizhen has also taken the lead in combining 3D printing technology with stainless steel sand casting to manufacture high-end complex components. We have developed and produced various high complexity coefficient, multi variety, and small batch casting products such as stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloys. The company led the drafting of JB/T 11874-2014 standard and passed GJB9001C weapon equipment quality management system certification.

Weizhen Hi-tech has full in-house production facilities for the whole production process for centrifugal casting manufacturing, from process designing, casting simulation, steel smelting, to steel AOD refining and pouring, heat treatment, machining, testing and inspection.

Weizhen is uniquely equipped with AOD furnace for the refining of molten metal after smelting. The molten metal after refining is much more pure with super low carbon, phosphorus, and sulfur content, providing uniform and perfect mechanical and chemical properties.

The molten metal is poured into a cylindrical mold that rotates at a high speed. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation forces the molten metal to spread evenly along the inner surface of the mold, creating a hollow, cylindrical shape as it solidifies. Centrifugal force causes impurities and lighter oxides to migrate to the inside diameter of the casting which, upon solidification, are easily removed by CNC machining and processing.

Heat treatment is critical to the properties and quality of steel castings. Weizhen is equipped with advanced 1200 °C well type heat furnaces and car type furnaces for the heat treatment. Weizhen can do annealing, normalizing, quenching or tempering heat treatment process inside the factory.

The centrifugal casting blanks need to be further machined & processed to exact specifications. Weizhen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machining equipment, from cutting machine, shot blasting machine, to horizontal lathe, CNC horizontal lathe, CNC vertical lathe, CNC Gantry milling machine, Radial drilling machine, Digital display boring and milling machine. The products could be delivered as cast, rough machined or finish machined.
