Certification

With committed responsibilities to customer, the society and employees, Weizhen is certified and strictly operates with multiple management systems to ensure a sustainable future. The main certification includes GB/T19001 (ISO9001) quality management system certification, EU product CE certification, GB/T24001 (ISO14001) environmental management system certification, GB/T28001 (OHSAS18001) occupational health and safety management system certification, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification, and GB/T35770 (ISO19600) compliance management system certification.

Weizhen established an industry university research laboratory with Sichuan University. Technical cooperation has been carried out with Sichuan University, Chongqing Iron and Steel Research Institute, and many others on the research and development of new materials and processes. Significant results have been achieved along the years. The Enterprise Technology Center has been recognized as the Enterprise Technology Center of Chengdu City and Sichuan Province. Since its incorporation in 2010, Weizhen has obtained 10 invention patents and more than 20 utility model patents. As an industry leader, Weizhen was invited to participate in the compilation as a main drafter of the national machinery industry standard JB/T 11874-2014 “Centrifugal Casting Stainless Steel Cylinders for Separation Machinery".

Weizhen now is recognized as National High-tech Enterprise and a Gazelle enterprise of Sichuan Province. Weizhen is a member of the National Separation Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, a member of the China Foundry Association, and an executive director member of the Sichuan Foundry Association.
