what we do

The main products from Weizhen include stainless steel centrifuge drum, centrifuge bowl, centrifugal casting pipes, centrifugal spoon, Volute, rotor, impeller, 3D printing engine body, engine head, etc,. These products could be manufactured with customized chemistry with in-house smelting and refining furnaces. The main casting materials that Weizhen processes include, but not limited to 100+ferrous alloys and 30+ nickel alloys, namely Austenitic stainless steel, Martensitic stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel, Nickel alloys, etc.

Weizhen is also a pioneer enterprise in China that combines 3D printing technology with stainless steel sand casting technology to manufacture high-end complex components. With up-to-date cutting edge technology, Weizhen products are widely used in various demanding industrial fields such as military industry, nuclear power, environmental protection, petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, paper making, etc.

R&d and manufacturing

In order to further improve the research and development and manufacturing level of new materials and products, Weizhen has jointly established an industry university research joint laboratory with Sichuan University. Technical cooperation has been carried out with Sichuan University, Chongqing Iron and Steel Research Institute, and others on the research and development of some new materials and processes, and significant results have been achieved. The Enterprise Technology Center has been recognized as the Enterprise Technology Center of Chengdu City and Sichuan Province. Since its establishment in 2010, Weizhen has obtained 10 invention patents and more than 20 utility model patents, and has formulated the national machinery industry standard JB/T 11874-2014 "Centrifugal Casting Stainless Steel Cylinders for Separation Machinery".
Weizhen now is recognized as National High-tech Enterprise and a Gazelle enterprise in Sichuan Province. Weizhen now is a member unit of the National Separation Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, member unit of the China Foundry Association, and an executive director unit of the Sichuan Foundry Association.
