Production Process
Pump impeller is made by sand casting in one piece to guarantee the best quality. The casting blanks are then machined to exact specifications. Weizhen Hi-tech integrates steel casting and machining production processes within the factory, providing customized solutions to customers worldwide.
Inspection & Testing
Casting parts are tested and inspected before delivering to customer. Weizhen applies strict inspection and testing through out the whole production process to ensure best product quality and customer satisfaction. The tests and inspections Weizhen conducts include, but not limited to, chemical analysis, physical properties, dimensions, PT, RT, three coordinates, 3D Scan, etc.
