On March 25, 2023, Sichuan WeiZhen Hi-tech Material Co., Ltd. hosted its annual Spring Tug-of-War Competition.

The primary objective of this event was to promote physical fitness awareness among all employees, foster better communication and collaboration among various departments, and bolster overall team cohesion within the company. With the blast of the starting whistle on March 25, the Spring Tug-of-War Competition officially kicked off.

As the competition got underway, participants grasped the long rope tightly and exerted their utmost strength to pull it in their favor. Non-participating employees spontaneously formed enthusiastic cheerleading squads, providing spirited support to the competing teams. The event echoed with the sounds of whistles and cheers, creating an electrifying and passionate atmosphere.

Throughout the competition, every team gave their absolute best, both on and off the field. The energy in the air was palpable, with employee cheerleaders displaying unwavering enthusiasm. Each shout of encouragement infused the participants with boundless strength.

Following three rounds of intense competition, the Aluminum Foundry Workshop, Sand Casting Human Resources Team, and Heat Processing Workshop clinched the first, second, and third places, respectively. After the competition concluded, company leadership awarded certificates and cash prizes to the winning teams.

This Tug-of-War Competition has significantly elevated the company's spirit of teamwork and unwavering determination. In critical moments when victory was uncertain, everyone displayed remarkable perseverance, showcasing their exceptional resilience.
